Our fees
- Find Tenant Packages- Setup Fee of 65% +vat of the first month’s rent.
- Rent Collection Packages- Setup Fee of 40% +vat of the first month’s rent, thereafter 6% +vat monthly.
- Fully Managed Packages- Setup Fee of 40% +vat of the first month’s rent, thereafter 10% +vat monthly.
All our fees include the ingoing inventory, holding the deposit and full professional marketing. Rent and Legal Protection can be added at an additional cost. Tailor Made Packages are also available at flexible varied prices that may differ to above.
